Refund Policy

We want RecallSiren to be worth it. Here’s how refunds and cancellations work.

Try before you pay

Your first catalogue scan is free, with no card required. You can see exactly what RecallSiren finds before you ever subscribe.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time from Account & billing. Cancellation stops the next charge and takes effect at the end of your current paid month — you keep monitoring until then. We don’t lock you into contracts.

Monthly subscriptions

Because you can cancel anytime and only ever pay one month ahead, we generally don’t provide refunds for partial months already started. If you cancel mid-month, you keep access until the period ends rather than receiving a pro-rata refund.

We’ll happily refund the most recent charge if:

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If the Service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy that this policy can’t exclude.
