This policy explains what RecallSiren collects, why, and your choices. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). RecallSiren is operated from Australia.
We use a small number of trusted providers to run the Service:
| Provider | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Cloud infrastructure provider | Application hosting & database — where your account and catalogue are stored |
| CDN & DNS provider | Website delivery, DNS, and email routing |
| Stripe | Subscription billing and card processing |
| Email delivery provider | Sending your sign-in links, fortnightly digests, and alert emails |
| Optional sign-in (only if you choose “Continue with Google”) |
Some providers may process data outside Australia. We only share what’s necessary for them to perform their function.
We keep your account and catalogue while your account is active. If you cancel, we retain your alert history and reports as a record of due-diligence unless you ask us to delete them. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
Access to the Service is protected by passwordless sign-in (Google or a one-time email link). We use reputable infrastructure providers and transport encryption (HTTPS) throughout. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
You can access, correct, or delete your data, or ask us how it’s handled, by emailing [email protected]. You can unsubscribe from non-essential email, and cancel your subscription anytime in Account & billing.
We’ll update this page if our practices change. Questions or privacy requests: [email protected].
