RecallSiren

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 14 June 2026

This policy explains what RecallSiren collects, why, and your choices. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). RecallSiren is operated from Australia.

What we collect

How we use it

Who we share it with (subprocessors)

We use a small number of trusted providers to run the Service:

ProviderPurpose
RailwayApplication hosting & database (where your account and catalogue are stored)
CloudflareWebsite hosting, DNS, and email routing
StripeSubscription billing and card processing
ResendSending transactional and alert emails
GoogleOptional sign-in (if you choose “Continue with Google”)

Some providers may process data outside Australia. We only share what’s necessary for them to perform their function.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and catalogue while your account is active. If you cancel, we retain your alert history and reports as a record of due-diligence unless you ask us to delete them. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

Security

Access to the Service is protected by passwordless sign-in (Google or a one-time email link). We use reputable infrastructure providers and transport encryption (HTTPS) throughout. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Your choices

You can access, correct, or delete your data, or ask us how it’s handled, by emailing [email protected]. You can unsubscribe from non-essential email, and cancel your subscription anytime in Account & billing.

Changes & contact

We’ll update this page if our practices change. Questions or privacy requests: [email protected].
